You are the expert on your experience.

My role isn’t to tell you who you are. It’s to bring curiosity, clinical training, and a different perspective to the things that are difficult to see clearly from inside your own life.

Paige Whitten, Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor

Paige Whitten, M.A., LPC

Life can feel overwhelming even when we’re successful in other areas. My work centers on helping driven, self-aware people understand themselves more deeply.

Together, we may explore the personality patterns, attachment styles, relational dynamics, trauma, and past experiences that shape how you show up at work, in relationships, and in your own inner life.

I am EMDR-trained, and I may also incorporate the Enneagram, MBTI, attachment, mindfulness, and relational frameworks when they are useful. I don’t see those tools as labels. I see them as possible ways to put language around experiences that are sometimes difficult to name.

I am a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor and earned my graduate degree from Argosy University in Atlanta in 2018. I provide virtual therapy and private clinical assessments in Georgia.

A FEW THINGS I BELIEVE

Good therapy should make you more curious about yourself, not more afraid of getting yourself “wrong.”

Insight matters, but insight alone isn’t always change. 01

Personality frameworks should create curiosity, not another identity to defend. 02

You can be successful and still need support. 03

Therapy should feel collaborative, not like someone is studying you from across the room. 04
